Booking an All-Star event team is easy! You can submit a request for an estimate for any of our services on-line at http://eventallstar5.com/quote-event-staffing.html or you can make arrangements for an event coordinator to give you a call by emailing us a brief description of the services you are interested in along with your name, company (if applicable), and phone number to lchambers@eventallstar5.com. For tables, we carry many 8' Rectangular banquet tables that can seat 8-10 people per table and 5' Roundtables that can seat 8 people, all tables are made of wood. Our folding chairs are All Black. Our folding chairs are All Black. We do not offer any setup or tear down for any of our rental items, however, we do offer delivery & pick-up for an additional charge if your venue or home is within 10 miles of our store (Indiana Only). We have a very limited amount of deliveries we can do so it's first come first serve. Charges are based on distance in increments of 5 miles. We also offer tabletop size Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines for small parties and open houses. The Ice Cream Machine can only produce 1 flavor at a time. We offer a lactose-free powdered mix that you add water to in Vanilla. Each mix makes up to 100 1/2 Cup measured servings. We also carry a Popcorn machine, 2-large charcoal grills,1- LP Griddle & a towable Hog Roaster.
